What is your photography style? 

My work is dreamy, cinematic, emotionally rich. A blend of candid moments, gentle direction and artful details. I focus on creating memories that feel like you can step back into. 

How do I reserve my date? 

Once we’ve talked through your vision and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for your deposit. Once those are in, the date is all yours.

Do you travel for sessions or weddings? 

Absolutely. I’m based in Charleston, SC, but my camera loves adventure. From mountain elopements to seaside vows. Travel fees depend on location, and I’ll walk you through every detail.

Can you help choose a location? 

Yes! I have a curated list of dreamy Charleston spots, from mossy oak trees to hole in the wall dive bars to gorgeous flower filled parks. I love tailoring the location to fit your style and story. 

What should I wear?

I’ll send you a style guide filled with tips, inspiration, and color palettes that photograph beautifully. My best advice: choose something that feels like you and allows you to move freely.

Can I bring pets? 

Yes! Bernie Sanders (my dog) and Curry (my cat) would fully approve. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan for breaks, treats, and pet-friendly locations.

Do you pose us or capture candid moments?

A little of both. I’ll give gentle direction to help you feel natural, then step back to capture those real, unscripted moments in between.

When will I receive my photos?

Portrait galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Weddings take 6–8 weeks, with sneak peeks sent within a few days so you can relive the magic right away.

Can I have the raw photos?

I don’t deliver raw files because I believe every image should reflect the love, light, and intention I put into it. Each photo is thoughtfully edited to capture your story in its most magical form, ready to cherish, share, and display.

How will my images be delivered?

Your images will be delivered through a beautiful online gallery, fully edited and ready to view. Watermarked previews allow you to select the photos included in your package. If you fall in love with extra images or wish to purchase the entire gallery, that option is available for an additional fee — giving you full freedom to keep every magical moment.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Charleston weather can change in a heartbeat — rain, sun, clouds, all in one day. I monitor the forecast closely and if conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll find a better day or tweak the plan so your session shines in the most beautiful, authentic light possible.

Can I bring props or sentimental items?

I love when your photos carry personal meaning. Bring anything that tells your story. Heirlooms, favorite books, or little treasures — and we’ll weave them seamlessly into your session.
